Your Technicians need to be trained. I just purchaced a set of 4 tires (mounted & balanced) and while the service was performed relatively quickly, my brand new tires were inflated to 4 different pressures: 32, 39, 42 & 56 psi. I ajusted my cold tire pressure the next morning. I'm convinced that a tire retailer has accurate pressure guages available so I'm sure the technician just did not give a shit. Please do service better!

Rude service.
Had a valid coupon for oil change with $30 off and fuel tank additive. They provided the $30 off but didnt give the additive. When i asked for it, they said, you should have told us on the phone that you want the additive. We dont have it now. That was so rude and unprofessional.

I went to Firestone to replace 4 tires on my Jeep Wrangler. The crew there is efficient and I know that when the work is done it is done the right way the first time. The Manager (Robert) goes out of way to ensure that the customer is happy.

Everytime I need a car repair, I always go to this Firestone location. I have always had a positive experience at this Firestone location. The staff is always friendly and professional and the managers Robert and Joe always ensure that the job is done the right way the first time around! They always take care of my vehicle quickly and the service is always top-notch! Moreover, I always feel confident walking into their shop and handing off my keys for service. I would highly recommend this location for anyone in need of reliable auto service!

My tire blew up while I was traveling on the Thanksgiving weekend. I came in with my spare on. The guys there saw me quickly. I bought 4 new tires which was EXPENSIVE. The service was fast, the guys seemed trustworthy and they got to the job quickly so I could get on my way.
