Seamless! Reserved my unit online. Secured my unit three weeks later for my daughter, who is a college student . The manager at the West Haven facility, Dallas, was terrific ! The facility was clean, organized, and just as expected! I would highly recommend the storage facility in West Haven area.

The place is always clean Dallas is very nice I rented a unit 4 years ago had a nice experience so I rented another until again because my daughter needed to store her things

Rented units at keep safe when Guy and Joann were there but as soon as dallas took over things changed , had leaks in my unit and had insurance and never contacted me with insurance company also had money in advance and they screwed me over and I would advise others not to rent as they are now not on my list to anyone who rent had access 24 hours and access was denied several time people blocking access to your unit nothing done worst place after Guy Passed on and Joann left

Keep Safe Storage was a great experience for both my short- and long-term storage needs. Hours of staffing availability and access to my unit were more than satisfactory. The property was secured by fencing, cameras, and lock access. The unit was clean and the lot was level for easy moving. I was impressed when the staff even learned to pronounce my complicated last name properly! I will recommend Keep Safe Storage to others in the future.
