The parking was good and convenient. The staff were polite and friendly. The banker teller AL was in good spirit and was very helpful. Elisabeth Hernandez helped me with my account. Fast and had patient with me and my toddler l, she was very helpful. The security guard was helpful and friendly as well. Thank you guys

I have had nothing but frustration with Key Bank since obtaining a HELOC. Everything from opening the account to what I thought was paying the balance off! I called asking what the balance was as I intended to pay it down to a zero balance. Not to close the line of credit. I called and was given a total. I got a bank check in said amount and walked across the street to a Key branch. I handed over the check and asked it this indeed reduced the balance to zero. I was told yes. NOPE! Just got a statement saying I owe more than $500 in interest!!
I HATE THIS BANK.

Stay away from this bank my account was hacked and over $5000 was taken and they won’t return it!!

The drive-through is quick and convenient. Fortunately, we did not need to talk to a live person as we didn't see any around. The location is adjacent to the Post road and the line was short. there is plenty of room to drive around. In the spring, the landscaping looks pleasant if you do have to wait.

I had opened an account with this bank on 14th June and I haven’t received my card yet.it’s been more than 20 days.slow and poor customer service.kindly look into the matter.

asking invasive questions for a check well under $500 dollars. Don't go here. If you can, just deposit it through your own bank or mobile deposit. Too many unnecessary questions that just seem prying.

What is the point of having people make appointments when they still have to sit over an hour after their appointment time, ridiculous to treat customers like that, make them be there at a certain time but then just let them sit there while you take other clients without appointments.

One of the worst key branches around. Can only come in the side door. Already in the building and the fake cop wants to make you walk out and come back in the other door and was the only person in the building. Terrible service. No wonder I usually go to the orange branch instead of dealing with this joke of a bank.
