Metro Storage for I don't know how many years, more than 10 I think. the service was outstanding. the facilities outstanding. billing and transactions accurate great service by one of their servers by the name of Colin. I would recommend Metro Storage West Haven to anybody looking for Quality Storage and safety. AL G.

Metro Storage is great. Everything is so spotless and clean. I really like the fact that you can pull your car into a garage like area out of the elements and unload or load your car.

I’m a long time renter with multiple units. The facility is super clean, nice and secure, well lit, the staff is always pleasant to work with and I really appreciate the proactive pest control program as well as the timely response to issues that arise. Highly recommend Metro for your storage needs.

The units were very nice, clean , and really enjoyed the way everything was handled. Got great assistance and was told how everything works. Me and my mother were shown different units to choose from! 10/10 would recommend Metro !

I’m finishing up my move out of C158, which has been my unit since March 2011. I’m really sad about giving it up, even though I know it’s been a drain on my finances. I can’t say enough nice things about this group.Ginny used to work there, starting about the time I moved in. She was always so pleasant. Now Colin is managing and he couldn’t be kinder. I also recently met Brittney, who was a doll. The district manager, Travis, is also very kind. I’m hoping to return and get a smaller unit in a few months, once I’ve caught up on bills. The location is perfect. I especially love seeing the seagulls fly around outside. It’s quiet, clean and well-managed. Just please be kind to my old unit.I will miss it. PS Will post one more pic once it’s cleared out.? PSS: All clear! Thank you again, Metro Self Storage, especially Brittney and Colin who assessed my difficulty and made reasonable accommodations.
