I just had a bad experience today at metro I just had to upgrade a chip to a different phone the sales women named sanju was so rude the whole time if she is working the day I come in I will go to another location or a different day when she is not there

I went to Metro today...and l was sort of surprised..that they couldn't help me to fix my email....my past experiences with the representatives...was always great...so..now l am asking my daughter for help..lol.....and now my gmail is working..?...but in the future...l guess l will always ask my daughter first...lol

My phone was broken so I went there to get a new phone, the representative really helped me understand the different phones and the plans that they offer and which ones made sense for me. She was very friendly and helpful and had great deals! Will go back here to pay bills and for any question. Thank you again.

Long story short, went for an upgrade and to stay with the same brand. Sales person kept trying to sell me 2 other phones I had no interest in. When I was finally able to look at the phones on display, I was told that the promotions displayed werent in effect. I settled on the phone I wanted and was told it would be to costly for me, th price is $400, I just left at that point.

I was lied to and my money was stolen basically. Sold a plan knowing what type of phone I had just so he could make extra $$$. Terrible store, and they all try to cover it up like it was no big deal. Stay away!!!
