I have used minute key in the past, and had no issues. This time I copied three keys and not a one of them works. So I had to go to a locksmith and have the key we made. Not happy

Convenient service but machine charged me for an extra key I don't need. The catch was a "free key" but it was with the purchase of 2, not 1 key.Also kiosk lacks variety of designs.

Minute key has been there for me to get keys made for many years now. This previous trip to get keys made at minute key was to my new home. This system is very easy and most definitely convenient to use. Love minute key! ?
