At one time I had a good experience there. The Milford one was HORRIBLE. So I said I would go to West Haven. But lately West Haven has been difficult as well. I had bought 4 tires there and went to pick them up to have them put on my car. They made me go to the front pick up area in the store. Then they said I needed to go to the back to get them. After they made me come all the way to the front to "check in". But it was a good deal during Black Friday so whatever, I was annoyed but I dealt with it. I paid the extra for the warranty on the tire. Fast forward 8 months and I see a flat tire on my car. So I called to find out if I could have AAA tow the car and we could talk over the phone about it. I get hung up on before anyone picks up. I call again and the front customer service picks up they transfer me and I get hung up on after it rings there for awhile. I call back, again customer service picks up, she accidentally hangs up on me. I call back, and she walks over there to tell them to pick up the phone. They don't. I get the front desk again she says he said he was talking to you. Let me transfer you again. They pick up and saty auto please hold. So I then sit there. When he gets on the phone I tell him about how my tire has a flat and I'm not sure why and if it will fall under the warranty and he cuts me off and starts blabbering about how he needs to see it to know. I cut him off and say can you let me finish? After I've been hung up on like 4 times I'd really like it if you let me finish what I need to say. So he lets me. I tell him I have to be somewhere so I'd like to have the car towed there then have them call me to discuss. He said no I have to be there. I said okay can I have it towed there and then come later and we can talk about it and if there isn't time for you to fix it you just fix it tomorrow. And he says no you have to be there tomorrow. I said but if we already discussed everything today but you just didn't have time to fix it today why would I have to come back tomorrow. And he says that's Walmart policy. I said that's not helpful. He said it's not him. So I then said as he tries to get off the phone. So I just just have it towed there tomorrow morning and come down? And he says you have to be here yes. Okay. And he hangs up on me. I will never, EVER go there again. Even though I am a single mom who has been out of work for 14 months and just started working again and only part time at that and this may be covered under warranty I will NEVER deal with their service again. I may buy tires on their black friday sale again but I probably won't even have them mount them and I'll take them elsewhere. Treat people better.

Took over 4 hours to mount 4 tires and the customer service is terrible , I ordered the tires online and pick up was good but the auto center is really bad , takes forever to get anything done

This place is absolutely terrible. None of the employees give a s*** about their jobs. I spent over 3 hours for 2 cars to get an oil change. We waited 10 minutes in a line with 3 other people before anyone came to ring. Meanwhile there were employees in the back hiding in the break room. This place is absolutely horrendous.
