“Hi dear truck drivers. I was here on 31 March 2024 night to deliver next day in the morning. I parked in the yard next to the building (which is owned by Marcus Paper). They come in the morning at 6 am and I was told to wait in the parking area which is in front of the Die Cut paper products. I had to wait for around one hour while they unloaded another load. When I was parked at the dock to getting out, it took me 1.5 hours as I had 255 office chairs all on floor and stacked. They have washroom inside which was not clean but served the purpose. Overall nice guys and less time wasted.Heads up : Parking space is open overnight hopefully. You can park a truck and 53' trailer if it is open.Note : Marcus guy woke me up and was very unhappy about me sleeping in their yard. He was rude. Avoid him in morning.”
