“Always extremely kind, even when we're months late on our payments, if we have the money they always allow us to pay back on the months, to not lose our jewelry and tools! Very kind and respectful, even when their not open due to a Holiday or something we always are able to eventually stop by and pay our tab, the latest we were on our items were multiple months, we only lossed our items because we had to split the money we had some between gas for vehicles, groceries, and lastly all of our items to pay on at the pawn shop, and we were multiple months late, they still allowed us that option, witch I was shocked, we had the money, but couldn't blow it all to keep everything, so sadly we lossed our two pairs of gold earrings, but they were very kind, it was mine and my husbands fault, not theirs at all, also I love the reminder text options, I wish I did it in both of our phones, I believe the option at the time we did it, was only for one phone, so we choose my husbands phone, so I don't always see the text, and often fall behind on the payments, exspecially with this economy and the crazy prices of everything currently. So even months and months late they still held on to our hold jewlery and allowed us the option to pay on it, or buy it back, witch I really really appreciate, it honestly meant the world to me. I no I'm ranting right now but these folks are amazing people, gave my husband a PlayStation/exbox charger, it a base charge where you just put the controllers on it to charge, it worked, free if charge, also the other day, they gave him some, game controller knobs, like to have a better grip on his controller, control freaks I believe they are called, for free the other day, they are extremely sweet and kind hearted folks, and they are very good to us, non judgemental, I was completely shocked they held on to our jewelry for Months, without even hearing from us, and still gave us the option, to pay on them, and or get them back, like I said above. They are amazing, small owner company and myself and my husband cannot recommend them enough”
