I went to the bank yesterday, and while the staff was friendly, I was surprised by how long the wait was. They definitely need to work on their efficiency, but at least everyone was polite while I was waiting.

I never had an issue. Exceptional customer service by Nokia in handling a recent transaction I had to make.
