Excellent Service from Manager Tonia!
I had a wonderful experience at Public Storage thanks to Tonia. She was incredibly helpful, professional, and friendly throughout the entire process. Tonia took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions with patience, and made sure I felt comfortable with my rental. Her attention to detail and customer-focused attitude truly stood out. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated and kind—Tonia is a true asset to the company. Highly recommend this location because of her!

I had a fantastic experience at this Public Storage location. Mercedes provided outstanding customer service—she was professional, knowledgeable, and helped me choose the perfect unit for my needs. The facility itself is also exceptionally clean and easy to access. I highly recommend this location!

Ms. Tanya is such a help she has awesome customer service. I’m new at renting a storage and She was very patient and explained to me the price, insurance, one time fee. I even received a percentage off my unit. Tanya keeps that place immaculately clean inside and out. Im very happy that i rented from public storage.
