There were no human beings working the office area! What a horrible setup! Seems they do not care about you; you're just a number to be stuck with a needle. I had to drive there and help my mother, who was already fasting for almost 20 hours. The phlebotomy tech who poked their head thru the door was RUDE. There were multiple patients present who didn't understand the phone check-in, THEN the kiosk. NOBODY helped. By the time I got there, it was past my mother's window for the appointment. SHE FELT FAINT FROM FASTING...and had to wait as a walk-in. Corporate must read this and change the process. Not all your patients are Millennials who are ok without human help. Not all your patients speak and read English fluently. The kiosk had other languages,however, the process can still be misunderstood.

Brenda is fantastic. Very polite, professional, and caring. I had to wait for the order to come in and saw her interact with many customers. She was always respectful, efficient, and caring. She’s an asset to Quest.

The staff is amazing! Thank you Janiba for making my day! I’m usually very scared and nervous about blood and needles but she made it so easy for me! Also she brought someone else in (I don’t remember her name) because it was hard to find my veins, and she was amazing too! Janiba asked me if I wanted to hold her hand and she made me feel so comfortable, she was talking to me the whole time trying to get my attention to her so it was easier for me to do the blood test. That shows that they really care about people. Thank you Janiba and friend for making my visit easier. I’ll definitely be coming back here!

I took my 19 month old to get her blood work done I didn’t catch her name but the woman who helped me was awesome! I made an appointment online, Checked in and had almost 0 wedding time. Very positive experience. I was worried at first because I had a negative experience with my son at a different location. Definitely will choose this location again.

Worst quest ever . It's ALWAYS an issue there computers not working women with the worst attitudes ever now there's computers talking about a walk in wait til 10 from 8 but there's two people? (cause there's never anyone at the front to speak to EVER) it's disgusting and pathetic people take their time to go there and it's always an issue! Haven't been ONCE where there wasn't!

Organized and quick with friendly and helpful staff! Brenda is the absolute BEST!! I always get sick when I have blood drawn unless it is Brenda, then I am totally fine.

i had a great experience-and i needed to comment on the tech who drew my blood-i think it was 'brenda' (please make sure i got this correct-she was great, and deserves some recognition!). the check in machine wasn't working correctly, and she was apologizing to clients-which efinitely wasn't her responsibilty-but she knew that the clients felt heard, and the apology calmed them down, and she was willing to humble herself, and that is a great employee! i usually have trouble being drawn-due to anxiety, and it makes a difficult draw when you are tense...but she out me at ease, and it went so quickly! truly-she is wonderful!

I wrote a review about the two women at the window and in the back extremely rude and dismissive and ignored my question as if I never asked it 3 times just kept telling me to wait in the waiting room and then never answered and walked right by me out the door to lunch . I wrote a review and they never posted it . Person over looking them must not hold them accountable for anything and it shows in the way they treat people

Deborah is beyond terrific are are her 2 other colleagues. Words cannot describe how professional, and skilled that they all are!!! For some this is a traumatic endeavor. Having had so many in my past we were able to laugh and turn into a good time if that’s possible. So kudos to the staff at quest for making my time there (every week) a most enjoyable one!!!

I arrived as a walk in on May 7, 2021. When i arrived, there were 3 people there. Within 10 minutes, the place had up to 7 people in the waiting room. There was an elderly woman standing so i gave up my seat. Families were ckming in for shots. It was mayhem. I wound up leaving without getting blood drawn. This was after fasting. Terrible staffing. I felt sorry for the 2 phlBotomists i saw working. This place shouldbe reported for ignoring CDC COVID Quidlines .
