She was professional, fair, and genuinely listened to my concerns. She clearly explained expectations, addressed the issue directly, and made me feel heard and respected throughout the conversation. What impressed me most was that she approached the situation with empathy and treated me like a person, not just another customer.

She also handled the situation with the other staff member professionally. Her focus wasn’t on taking sides but on resolving the issue while using it as a learning opportunity. That approach speaks volumes about her character and commitment to great customer service.

I called this location today and was disappointed by the customer service I received from the assistant manager. She was dismissive, rude, and made me feel as though I was an inconvenience rather than a customer. Unfortunately, this wasn’t an isolated incident. The same assistant manager provided a similarly poor experience when I initially rented my storage unit online.

After my experience, I looked through other customer reviews and noticed that several describe similar concerns about customer service. While I can only speak to my own experiences, it was concerning to see that others appear to have had similar interactions.

I’m planning to speak with the store manager on Wednesday because I hope this isn’t representative of how the business is run. However, if my experience with the store manager is similar, I’ll likely be removing my belongings and closing my storage unit this month.

I understand that everyone can have a difficult day, but experiencing the same level of poor customer service from the same employee on two separate occasions is concerning. Customers deserve to be treated with courtesy, professionalism, and respect. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issue.”

“I was serviced by Sarah & she was absolutely amazing. She was very patient and accommodating for me. She was professional, explained everything perfectly and overall made the experience great. She gave me a tour of many different units to make sure I was okay with what I purchased. These units are very clean and secure!! I am satisfied with my purchase!!”
