This might honestly be the worst Stop & Shop on the entire eastern coast of the United States. Some of the employees really do try their best, but the management is so bad that it doesn’t even matter. The whole place is a mess, and you can tell the poor leadership has dragged everything and everyone down into complete chaos.

It's a stop n shop ... How much can u really say about it. But the pharmacy is on point tho. I get my prescriptions every month without a problem. All the pharmacy staff are excellent

Extremely disappointed in the service I received today. Meat clerk "found" a ham in the back for a customer. When I asked for the same item that showed "in stock" online, he rudely informed me that there were no more. "Nope nope. No more". Should I draw my own conclusions as to why an item was available to a white customer but not me who is of a darker complexion? Thank goodness we're visiting from out of state because I will never give this store any more of my business ever again.

The workers that were cashiers were very rude and I’m a black women I felt highly uncomfortable and like I was being looked down on these workers need to do better to do better because no customer should feel like that

Stop n shop is MY go-to supermarket! The staff is friendly and helpful. I do wish for more turkey wings and Folgers french roast coffee stock though.

I’m not sure if you read this or if there’s a way to file a complaint but I love this stop and shop and I use the pharmacy as well. Anyway there is this supervisor. I went today. If you’re able to look them up she has brown long hair and the other supervisor thinks it’s Patty. I think she’s front end manager or just some sort of store manager. (Not the self check out woman) Anyway this is the second time she has been rude to me and the first was very rude. She was very demeaning to me. Next time I see her I’m gonna find out her name and file a report and I sincerely hope she gets talked to. I was in customer service for many years and would never act like this. Don’t even know how she became a manager with this attitude problem. Thank you
