Ultimate Hand Car Wash offers a friendly, fast, and efficient service with great prices. The hard-working team provides excellent and exemplary care, paying close attention to each vehicle. For as busy as they are, they get cars through quickly. The management is friendly and willing to fix any issue with a smile. However, some customers note the service is not always thorough on the exterior or interior, which can be frustrating. The system for washing cars can also be very super slow and needs improvement. There are repeated complaints about the interior detail service, with customers often given excuses for why it is unavailable, which is a super inconvenience. Despite these issues, many find it a great place that provides high-quality, inexpensive service and are thankful for the honest and caring work.
Great experience at Ultimate Hand Car Wash! The staff was friendly and did an excellent job cleaning my car inside and out. The attention to detail was impressive, and my car looked spotless. Highly recommend their service.
