It was my first time going there...she opened the door at 8:15am yesterday...I had to go to work ..I was worried to be late...my package didnt come at the door....I waited three days....the postman didnt care for the brown form I taped on my mailbox...and then I had to go somewhere else to pick it up...lucky when she looked for it...it was just behind her at her desk .. I lost one diamond on my ring knocking at the door...please you must do something about that...it was an international delivery...with precious content from my family... I waited two months to come to me...!!!

The people at the from desk are so rude and do not want to help rolling her eyes and on her phone. So rude. I was very nice and asking about a stamp for a Manila envelope and she was just rolling her eyes being rude and saying come back tomorrow I don’t know I don’t know

I went to file for a new passport. I showed up half an hour before my appointment. There was a long line of clients. Workers are terribly slow. The lady who “helped” me file for a new passport was tremendously slow and very forgetful. She was very argumentative and had a terrible attitude. Ok top of that, she was showing off her paycheck, instead of assisting me with my needs. Her name is Sarah Watson. Unacceptable.

Hello. Can you tell your carriers to use the shoveled sidewalk & not go through the unshoveled lawns therefore leaving snow all over the walkway & front stairs?? It makes no sense & the few steps they save is not worth the mess they leave!! That’s why it was shoveled!!🤔

My daughter and I went there on a Saturday to apply for her new passport. The woman who helped us was so nice, friendly, and helpful. She made a potentially stressful time calm and pleasant. I wish I had gotten her name. It was the best experience we had in a post office in a very long time.

Closing before hours posted deserves a negative star rating. Arrived at 4:54 and hours are till 5. It doesn't matter how many minutes are left in the day. The door should not be locked until 5:00 p.m. No way the door should be locked and if it is have someone watch the door till 5pm. Do your job right. This location is the worst.

They always earlier than the usual time. They don't match the Google's timings, if it's 5:00 pm closing time then they close at 4:45 pm. They don't care about people's time. Unprofessional/ Disappointed

I went here to send out a package to my mom the workers was very rude and slow they told me I needed to tape my box so they handed me tape and I taped it. When I gave it to them they was mad that I used priority tape when I never even asked for that I just needed regular tape the lady gave me an attitude when it wasn’t my fault that she handed me the wrong tape I didn’t send my package anymore I don’t think anyone should go here

Always a long line and not enough employees. Employees are slow too. People have things to do, places to go and schedules. This is why people get annoyed. I came here today to send a rent check, they open at 8 am, but the window didn't open until 8:30. One guy behind me sighed twice and and checked his watch, I don't blame him. I only go here because it's close.
