I have a Friend From School that Works at the Westbrook One and Every Time I Go in there She Says Hi and asks How I’m Doing and I like that . I also have a Guy that Works there and he is Super nice and Well Dressed and is very polite and if he’s not busy, he will help you with whatever you need. He told me if I ever go in there and I need help with anything just go see him. I’m Very Happy With My Bank . It’s My 1st Time with a Bank Account and I’m very Proud of all the People who Work there and Come in with a Great attitude and ready to work and they always have a smile in their face when I go in there, especially my friend.

My girlfriend has an account at this bank which I have access to. I came in to ask for a simple exchange for a few hundred dollar bills for 20s and was met with a dirty look and an "I can't help you" before i could finish my sentence saying my girlfriend has an account and we use it together. And then was still refused a SIMPLE service. WE will both be leaving this bank.

This place seriously has the nicest employees, especially the tellers. I recently switched from Bank of America (Terrible)I can not be any happier. Their phone app is simple, easy to use, and makes my life easier. Cumbys has their ATMs so that's is awesome too!

Went in this morning to figure out some bank charges that citizens bank over charged for me. Spoke to Hope and she was extremely rude and condescending. Trying to explain to her what was going on and she turns to me says "if you want me to help you you're going to have to lower your voice". Please note nobody was yelling i was simply trying to explain what was happening. Spoke to me like a child as if I just finished 1st grade

I just called the branch for some help with an old loan that I just paid in full. Was looking for some help obtaining the title for the boat. Some nice women answered the phone, said she would help me and put me on hold for 20 minutes. Never picked up the call. That’s what I call customer service.

Befuddled and clueless and as bad as the Madison branch. Tried to cash a check in person and the teller seemed confused by the transaction; it took five tries to do this. You want a deposit? No. You want how much? I want to cash a check. "That will clear next week." No, I want to cash a check.
