So I want to say Tony from this location is what manager should be, he took a lot of extra time and energy to address an issues we were having with a vehicle. First making sure it was fixed correctly and then making sure that the customer was happy. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this business to anyone looking for an honest mechanic to work on your cars.

I have been bringing my cars here for well over a decade and can honestly say they are the BEST garage I've ever had. Don't just think of the old-school Midas "oil change & tires"- they are truly a full-serve garage. The staff is absolutely fantastic and have always tried to squeeze me in when I have a last-minute problem. Not only have I never been over-charged or inappropriately upsold; in fact, they have often thrown things in for free, and are really honest when I say "can this one wait for now?" I moved out of the area for a few years for work, and one of things I missed was the team at Midas Westbrook! I can't recommend them highly enough.

Service manager is a reliable and trustworthy individual who always gives me good advice. I never hesitate to bring my car here when I have concerns- they always provide guidance on what services need to be performed now and what can wait. Scheduling online makes things even easier. They offer walk in emissions testing, a fast oil change, and plenty of other services. I was able to get better tire prices at Costco but that's the only time I've gone elsewhere due to price.

After paying $100 for what should have been a $69.99 as offered on Midas website, I left astonished and disappointed. The web offer was completely disregarded as "the Westbrook store isn't participating". Instead I was.treated to a $79.99 as quoted oil change that turned into a $99 oil change before I left the building. HARDLY the way to treat your loyal customers.Just like Jeff Clark reviewed you 5 months ago, I am in total agreeance with him. Totally disrespectful... as if all we are are walking checkbooks. Treat your customers the way you all would like to be treated how bout that?
