“I wanted to make a brisket and searched multiple stores. There was a huge one for sale- too much for 2 of us. The butcher was very busy. He was helping a lady with her pastrami. We asked if he would cut the brisket down for us. He gladly went into the back and did this for us. It's cooking now and if it tastes as good as it smells we will be happy. We will be back.”
