“I would absolutely recommend TEAM! They’ve now taken care of two of my cats, and they were amazing with both of them. Everyone I’ve spoken with has been so kind and their prices are some of the most affordable in CT. Yes, it can sometimes take a while to get an appointment or reach someone by phone, but they’re incredibly busy and always booked, so I completely understand. I’m so grateful to have such an affordable option for my fur babies. :) A huge thank you from Apollo and Gaia! 💗”

“Dr. Dre went above and beyond for my sick cat, and I couldn't be more grateful. This was my first time coming here and I am very pleased with her care. Everyone there was so nice, and accommodating. Drop off appointments are life savers for working pet owners. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone!”

“I am so grateful for the care Elliott received at Old Lyme Veterinary Hospital. From the very beginning, the team was thoughtful about my financial situation and did everything they could to help. They kept the cost reasonable and clearly explained Elliott’s dental condition so I fully understood what was needed. The surgery went very smoothly, and afterward they gave me clear, easy-to-follow instructions on how to give him his pain medication. You can tell that everyone here genuinely loves animals and truly wants to help both the pets and their people. This experience not only took excellent care of Elliott but also greatly reduced the financial stress I was under. I couldn’t recommend them more highly. Thank you for everything!”

“My Siberian husky strained her back on New Year's Eve. She was in so much pain she could barely walk. Dr. Torlone relaxed her with the laser therapy and followed it with accupuncture. One week later she was back to her normal behavior and happy to be moving without pain. The treatment helped her to heal quickly and completely. She received excellent care here, we highly recommend it!”

“KHA was most accommodating in getting my cat seen in an semi-emergency situation. Several of the staff members have been at KHA for many years which speaks to their relationship with each other and the community. Quotes were given for specific procedures and suggestions were made to make my cat more comfortable. We are grateful!”

“We called at 12:15 on Christmas Eve because our dog cracked her nail and it was in a spot we were concerned wouldn't stop bleeding. They were finishing up a patient and closing soon because of thr holiday but they still let us come in. They were able to sedate our dog, remove the nail and get us medication and out the door in less than an hour. We are so thankful they stayed a little late to help us as upon driving by the emergency vet in Middletown on the way to a family gathering a few hours later we saw a packed parking lot and I know we would have been there literally all day and night if we had to go there. I know the bill would have been at least double there as well. Thank you for the amazing care!”

“After a long battle with illness, our cat Goldie decided today was his day to cross the bridge. With the big storm yesterday, our normal vet was too far and all of the local vets were closed. Dr Youseff was working and willing to help and was extremely kind in our hour of need. We feel very fortunate to know we have doctors like this in the neighborhood.”

“They offered me a very reasonable price to see my Guinea pig. Also, Dr C was great. I felt like they really liked my guinea pig and cared about him. That means a lot. Also the doctor returned my call to make sure I was applying the medicine correctly. It is such a good feeling to know that I now have a good doctor for my guinea pigs.”

“You come away from Animal Hospital of Old Saybrook feeling like the entire team -- from reception, to vet techs, to Dr. Shrack -- love your pet as much as you do. Great folks. And we've had to be there a lot in the last few years with an aging pup.”

“Great having this service available by appointment. Reasonable price. Staff is professional & super nice. My dogs are seniors & aren't fans of public time. Staff had lots of patience for us & made it so easy and fast. The.vet was extra nice to my frail 15 YO. So appreciate all three of you!!”
