We had a party of 22 at Water’s Edge Resort & Spa and were blown away by the experience. Chef Derek and Sous Chef Max, both recently onboard, created a special menu that was absolutely incredible—the best food we’ve had there in years. George, our server, was outstanding and made the night seamless. Huge transformation in food and service. Highly recommend checking it out!

This was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had and we’re not high-maintenance travelers.
Water’s Edge Resort looks beautiful, but don’t be fooled.
Dinner was rough, we waited 45+ minutes for food (just 2 entrees) while tables seated after us were served promptly. Our server never even checked on us. We let this go and thought it was just a hard night on the staff. ( a Tuesday)
Then we had the loudest room imaginable—banging, running, furniture dragging from 9 PM until 7:30 AM. At 5 AM, a generator started outside our window. We called the front desk politely and were laughed off. No concern, no help.
At checkout, we brought up the issue again and the front desk agent rolled her eyes and said “Oh… bye” with a smirk. No apology. No attempt to make it right.
Oh, and there were centipedes crawling on the ceiling.
We were hoping for a relaxing family getaway. What we got was stress, sleeplessness, and complete disrespect. The location is beautiful, but management is beyond careless. Families: stay far away.

9:30pm on a Tuesday night.. trying to sleep and there's a WAY to loud band playing here... just like the night before... 🤦♀️ Why don't they check volume control? Dibel test anyone? What about families with kids? What a headache. Can't sleep. Neither can the kids.

Nice location and excellent vibes. The drinks are on the expensive side, but you are paying for the bands and location. In 2024, except for two bands they have not been as good or varied as in the past. The only real downside is the atrocious service at the sunset bar outside, especially the guys. They are trained to ignore you and there is never I'll be with you in a minute. Other folks have told me they have had the same experience. Hopefully they will hire better staff next year. Glad to report there service has much improved for 2025. .Too bad they took the Salmon BLT off the menu.. it was one of the reasons to come here.

Very impressed. Pleasantly surprised. Gym. Indoor pool. Beach access. Amenities. Bar service. Music by the top bar. Very happy. Plan to come back in 1 month just to do a spa day visit. From Long Island new york. Didn’t have to go to the Hampton and deal with the BS traffic and awful pretentious people that want to be rich for the day.

Went for lunch wife had lobster roll and I had turkey sandwich. Great food, great patio, nice music and ocean breeze.

Worst customer service ever!!! Staff lied to us on numerous occasions. We made reservations for our daughter's birthday party, we were told by 3 different people over the phone that there's no limit on how many people can come for the party. We invited fifteen people. When we came here we were told by a rude lady at the front desk that there was no way we can have 15 people, and that limit was 6 people. They ruined the whole birthday party for our 7 year old. On top of that, the manager lady was even worse. Worst customer service ever!!! We will never come to this place ever again

A friend had a wedding at this venue. Amazing view and beautifully coordinated wedding. All off the people not in the wedding were very respectful and were watching the entire ceremony. So great to see the respect total strangers had for our friends wedding and the way they held their collective breath during the ceremony. So classy.
