My neighbor is using them to move and the unprofessionalism is astounding. I get that moving can be loud, but the other people who live and work in the same building shouldn’t need to listen to their music blaring from their phone as they walk through the building as well. The complete disrespect for the other tenants is beyond comprehension. They're not even trying. I'll be sure to cross them off the list of possible movers we would ever use in the future.

This was the worst moving experience I've ever had. I was quoted for 3 movers and an hourly rate. No one ever asked about what I had to move or asked for pictures which I thought was bizarre. I emailed a few times asking what was needed from me and didn't get much response. Anyway, on the day of the move, only 2 people showed up. They ultimately sent 2 more people but they showed up 2 hours into the job and 1 of those people left early. What I gathered from overhearing was that they only had 1 dolly for 4 people and that the 2 extra people that were sent had no experience packing. This was evident in how my belongings were packed. These guys spent hours packing in a way I never have seen in my life before. Instead of leaving my desk drawers full, they emptied them all into boxes. This is the only company that's ever done this. I genuinely think it was to just eat hours and be able to charge me for more boxes. Further they did stuff like pack an entire end table in a box and then of course, charge me for the box. At one point the guys told me they were done packing the kitchen. I opened one drawer to find it totally full. Similarly when they were "done" packing, I went through the apartment picking up armfuls of stuff they had left behind. Several of my belongings were damaged in the process and in addition the team made off with my step ladder which was never returned to me. I couldn't believe what I was charged in the end given that half the movers weren't there the full time, they sent people that had no experience packing and without enough equipment to move efficiently. I moved from another apartment only a year ago with the same amount of stuff to pack and the people were in and out in 3 hours. These guys took 6. I could go on and on about the inefficiencies and ineptitude I witnessed but for the sake of time and space, I'll leave it here. I highly suggest looking elsewhere for moving services.

They stink. Very unethical. Would not send me a final receipt. Overcharged and then ghosted me. Movers were inefficient and lagged to stretch out time. Assembled my furniture in the WRONG WAY. Use some other business. The manager hung up on me and said " too bad". They are not reliable.

ZERO STARS!! The absolute worst! They only sent two guys, instead of three, which was a mistake. They struggled moving the furniture, and at one point, tried to shove a large couch through a sliding glass door opening. One guy dropped an end on my brand new (new construction house) hardwood floor resulting in two long gouges in the hardwood! The other guy asked to use the bathroom, and ended up peeing all over my brand new floor! When I called to report this, Sam seemed like he could care less. Extremely unprofessional and not at all concerned about customer service!

I would give a zero if I could. I had a move booked over a month in advance and was told I could leave all my clothes in dressers and they would be wrapped up. I was assured nothing would be a problem and there was no issue being on a second floor. When I received the confirmation call, I was told dressers had to be emptied. The movers called to say they were on their way, they showed on time, didn't say hello when greeted, looked around the house and left. I have 2 cats and I was in the process of getting them rounded up, they were running and hiding because they were scared of new people in the house. Two of the guys returned upstairs and one guy asked the other, "Did you take the pictures?" The other guy said yes and he left. The last guy left looked at me and said, "I can't do this job." WHAT?! It is my moving day, everything is packed and ready to go. I asked why and first he said it was disorganized, ummmmm everything is boxed and dressers are emptied. Anything else going on is irrelevant. Then he says "It's old", I asked what that meant and got no answer. As I was speaking, he turned his back to me and said, "I am calling my home office." He then left. I get a call from Amanda who said she is sorry but they can't do it. Then they speak to another family member who put the deposit down and Amanda told her the movers said there was trash and animals running all over. FALSE: The truth is my 2 cats were in the process of being contained and that "trash" was bags of clothes seeing as I ran out of boxes. She didn't want to hear any of it and said this was the best crew. If they are the best I hate to see the worst!! She didn't care about anything and backed the crew completely without even listening. They acted as though I was filthy and owned a zoo instead of 2 cats. After seeing these poor ratings, I'm glad they walked off the job. We dodged a bullet. They are completely unprofessional.

We had SO MANY issues with this moving company and the ENTIRE process. This move was stressful not only because it was cross country (from CT to MI) but because we were moving to be closer to my sister in college after the death of our mother. This company made it 100x worse. First, there was an issue with the office. When we called to talk initially to about us driving a Penske truck ourselves and having them pack our home and load the boxes on the truck we were told a 16' truck was sufficient since we have a very small (only 900 square foot) home. (We opted for this because we were quoted $11,000 for them to pack and drive and unpack everything!) My husband and I have never moved before (we moved from our first home after getting married 2 years ago, I moved from a shared apartment and my husband was living with family) and took the advice of their office staff who seemed knowledgeable when we called and gave him the inventory of our furniture and belongings. When the moving team arrived they told us that truck wasn't big enough and they could only pack half of our items. We ended up having to rent another truck to get our entire home packed. After packing, when we walked through the house they left trash on the floor in almost every room of the house and MISSED a lot of the art on our walls. It took us hours to finish cleaning the house after they left. (This was disappointing especially because we had bought the crew lunch since they had come from another job and we wanted to help them keep up their stamina.) Second, once our truck was unpacked at our new home we found MANY issues. The items were not packed in labelled boxes and were not packed in any sort of organized manner, we had food items mixed in with clothes, and kitchen items mixed in with books, etc. This caused a nightmare as we unpacked and made it hard to see if we were missing anything. Several containers of food, that were damaged as they packed or packed improperly, spilled all over causing a big mess. They didn't use most of the packing supplies we bought from Uhaul (as recommended by their office staff because it's cheaper) and most of our things were either packed improperly or they used their own and charged us for it. Third (and worst), was the damage and loss of our belongings. Many of the boxes were not packed properly. Our microwave had been just set on top of boxes in the truck (not bubble/paper/shrink wrapped or strapped down) and it fell and was dented badly during transport. They also broke one of our flatscreen TVs, cracked the top of a food storage container, and lost pieces of our furniture (we found some of the pieces in miscellaneous boxes - it appears if things fell off they just threw them wherever instead of gathering them up and putting them together or handing them to me as I was present the entire time). Four of my husband's watches (2 of which were expensive) were taken out of their storage boxes. The empty storage boxes were packed and we found them empty. In the end, the company is REFUSING to give us any money back after we submitted a for our damaged and lost/stolen items. They claim we should have checked our inventory after they packed the truck - we don't know how we could have done that before we drove the truck to MI and unloaded and unpacked it ourselves. We are very angry and disappointed in this company. I don't know if the issues with the packing and the loss of items is because of this particular team, but the way the office staff has handled it all makes me wary of the entire company. My husband and I try to be understanding and gracious but looking back at all of this, it's just unacceptable. Save yourself (and your belongings!) the trouble and don't use this company!

absolute crooks. I was qouted 209 per hour for a move that took a total of 3 hours. I paid a 100 dollar deposit weeks ahead of time. once they arrived at my house, my bill total was 1600 dollars!! they were charging me 700 dollars for travel time alone! point A to point B was no more than 30 minutes. We also had no beds couches or large furniture to move, it was all small things and the driver even said it was the easiest move he's ever done. when I called and spoke to the manager he was nothing but rude and insensitive and told me it's my own fault I couldn't properly read an email that apparently stated these charges. as a single mother who's trying to survive in this roller coaster of a world and budget my money, I feel completely taken advantage of and robbed. He told me if I didn't pay the amount I wouldn't be allowed to have my belonging. talk about feeling backed into a corner. I will never use this company again, nor will I ever refer them to anyone!

If I could give ZERO stars I would!! Biggest bunch of crooks I have ever seen in my entire life!!!! DO NOT USE!!! BEWARE!!!! we were given an estimate of $1700 only to have that go up to $3200 when they arrived. I should have known they were unprofessional when the mover stated "It would be cheaper if I gave you my first 2 born children". That right there, I should have known better. No walk through was given. They based their invoice off of the 9.5 hour job it took to move all our items. How does it take 4 "professional moving men" to move a 2 bedroom apartment in almost 10 hours? I'll tell you. By having an hour lunch break, and using that time to use our bike pump to pump a strangers bicycle. The whole time they complained that it was too much to move. Making comments. How many things we had to move was none of their business. They left items at the previous location, broke items, and took things to storage that were supposed to go to the new location. And don't bother telling the office manager or whoever that is about your concerns Bc they'll call you a liar and side with their supposed men of 30 + years. I didn't get 1 apology or so much as a "I will look into this for you" from him. I did not appreciate the way the movers told my husband, " you'll be paying a pretty penny" & "It's cheaper if I give you my 2 children" comment. I didn't appreciate the comments about how many things we had to move. How much we have is none of their concern to complain about. You either do the job or you don't. This company is absolutely disgusting. You use All My Sons, and you'll be spending ALL your money on crooks. They're movers alright...they move your money into their account!! I am never recommending them to anyone EVER. I know a lot of people in the Stratford area that are moving and telling all of them about this is crooked company. Nobody will use them or recommend them to anyone. Unprofessional SCAM ARTISTS!! They'll take your $$ and run

This was a great experience. Eric (the foreman) & his crew were very efficient & conscientious of my mom's belongings. The move had two destinations and we were in and out of both really quick. Very pleased.

Nothing but regrets after choosing this company. Movers rolling and throwing around carelessly my elderly mom's antiques- loved and passed down through generations, but not anymore....multiple pieces broken and damaged. The company never followed through or even returned our calls about their promise of repair or reimbursement after we filed our claim. So the furniture was not even useable (Dresser with 3 legs anyone?) , let alone of any value afterward. May karma and/or my grandmothers' ghosts find them all and return the favor.

Absolutely would NOT recommend ! Pricing is misleading and they add miscellaneous costs and hope you won’t catch it. The movers were pretty good. Al really knew what he was doing leading the crew. However, they try to charge you for the time the GPS says they arrived but not the time they actually start working. I was given a quote, and made a deposit. By the time the the move was ending, the price almost doubled and deposit wasn’t on my receipt ! We spoke with a manager named Amanda and she was so nasty and rude! And when we were addressing the errors which was the truth, she got upset and HUNG UP ON US!!!!! Very unprofessional. Looks like that’s a pattern for them as I’m now reading other reviews. Again, do not book!!! Managers will not communicate with you if they don’t want to.
