Hours: Big Y in Westport is a trusted local supermarket and a destination for all grocery needs. It is described as the friendliest supermarket and the best grocery store nearby, with a commitment to excellent customer service. The store is very organized, clean, and bright, making for a pleasant and enjoyable shopping experience that is not overwhelming. While not a large store, it is intimate and fully stocked with a product selection and quality that is a bit above others. Their produce is especially fantastic, always fresh and high quality. All departments, including the fresh fish, meats, deli, bakery, and prepared foods, are stocked with higher quality offerings at competitive prices. The sushi, pizza, baked goods, and sandwiches are noted for being fresh. The checkout is a breeze and the parking is very accessible. The employees are very nice, helpful, and obsessed with making sure customers want to shop there. It is considered a top place to work, which reflects in their service. Customers can rack up points and stack up savings with myBigY Rewards. It is a great addition to the neighborhood and a level above, obviously well managed.
