I want to give a shout out to Bridget, the manager at this Westport Crate & Barrel. I came in with a specific and strange return issue and she worked hard to fix it and even followed up with me a few days later to confirm everything was straightened out. I really like this location for its nice bright lighting and very festive atmosphere. I purchased a Fete Cider and Cinammon candle which has a nice and pleasant scent. The associates are very helpful and professional.
