I used to enjoy coming to this location, but the customer service has gone downhill. My experience with the two old women that were scheduled today was so appalling that I think it's time to take my money elsewhere. The Gap's standard drastically have fallen.

The people who work here are extremely rude. I said, “excuse me” to ask a question to one of the associates and she looked me up and down and said “yea, what”. It’s no wonder people don’t want to shop in-store and rather shop online. The most unwelcoming experience, I would not recommend this location to anyone .

I feel out of place every time I go to Westport. I have only ever gone to this location to make a return as most of my purchases are online. The store is immaculate. The parking situation could be better. I went on a Friday afternoon during lunch recently and I had to drive around a couple of times to find parking. This place is always busy.

I'm sorry but the customer service in this particular location strikes me as being very very racist very unfriendly in my opinion their attitude to me seems to be very unwelcoming when it comes to black customers enter the store

I am super skinny and they have jeans in my size. Cheap jeans, thin fabric, but fairly inexpensive. Good deal.

Honestly they sell very plain clothes for way too much money. Unless you're very concerned about acting like you have money to burn, stick to Goodwill and Walmart and donate the rest of it. Or spend the extra money for clothes that were produced ethically. My opinion.
