I feel out of place every time I go to Westport. I have only ever gone to this location to make a return as most of my purchases are online. The store is immaculate. The parking situation could be better. I went on a Friday afternoon during lunch recently and I had to drive around a couple of times to find parking. This place is always busy.

I'm sorry but the customer service in this particular location strikes me as being very very racist very unfriendly in my opinion their attitude to me seems to be very unwelcoming when it comes to black customers enter the store

I am super skinny and they have jeans in my size. Cheap jeans, thin fabric, but fairly inexpensive. Good deal.

Honestly they sell very plain clothes for way too much money. Unless you're very concerned about acting like you have money to burn, stick to Goodwill and Walmart and donate the rest of it. Or spend the extra money for clothes that were produced ethically. My opinion.

Bathroom very disgusting . Ran out Of paper stores & toilet wipers . Surprise how was dirty & grimey. Employees were working but my bathroom was locked for 54 minutes. Very upset how dirty it was . Hope they can change this . Looked pretty to me

If I could give fewer stars I would. Sent my teenage son in to purchase a pair of jeans and unfortunately he didn't have my Gap card with him, so I asked him to talk to the cashier and I would call in our Gap #, but they wouldn't do that and so we ended up losing discounts. Of course none of this makes sense to me because if I were in search of an item and the Westport store was the only location that had that item I would be able to call it in and have them hold the item or mail it to me and use my credit card over the phone. Even after I called and spoke to the manager... And explained the situation and my thoughts in detail... I was met with a, "I'm sorry, but we can't do that". Sorry Gap you're losing customers because your policies are flawed and they continue to be....

I love Gap. Love their style and quality of clothing. This has nothing to do with their store in general or the people that work there. I went shopping yesterday with a friend of mine and it was still 50% off because of Black Friday so we bought a few things. At check out they gave me a paper bag with handles and my friend one of their red plastic bag. As we were walking down the street, we thought my friend was having some kind of horrible reaction. We looked down and her hands were splotched bright red. We couldn't figure it out until we looked at the bag and the dye had come off and all over her hands and jacket. We still haven't been able to get it out of the jacket, I would suggest making better quality bags because it pretty much ruined a good jacket. If anyone is reading this who shops at GAP, ask for a non red bag!
