The Goodwill Westport Store and Donation Center is an excellent donation station, easily the best in the area. The store is well-stocked and organized, with a donation center that is one of the best-staffed. Customers can drive through, and the staff are all very nice and helpful. While some have found the store picked clean by resellers, others have had success finding vintage and rare items at great prices. Overall, the Goodwill Westport Store and Donation Center offers a pleasant shopping experience with a top-notch donation center.
Prices are now way too high. Resellers must have early access because the last few years, all the quality items have disappeared.

Good location and selection of items, however they are lacking in decent customer service.

Ditch the shopping carts or make the aisles wider. This location is good but the aisles would be claustrophobic for a child. If I spend 15 minutes in there 10 of them will be spent trying to squeeze past people when I want to leave
