Hours: Homes with Hope is a Westport-based organization dedicated to ending homelessness in Fairfield County. We provide safe emergency shelter, food, and supportive services as tools to help our clients achieve independent lives. If you are in need of shelter, emergency or otherwise, please dial 211 (within CT) or 800.203.1234 to speak with a housing specialist. Due to state and federal regulations, this is the only way to access our shelter programs. PLEASE NOTE: Coordinated Access Network (CAN) appointments DO NOT take place at this location. Homes with Hope maintains an IRS 501(c)(3) designation, EIN 22-2534326, and all contributions are tax-deductible.
