Cheyenne from Jet-a-Pet provided an outstanding service that exceeded all expectations. Not only was she exceptionally easy and prompt to communicate with, but her extensive knowledge and accessibility made the complex process of transporting my dog a breeze. Cheyenne's attention to detail ensured that every aspect of the journey was meticulously planned, from coordinating paperwork to recommending the perfect crates and bedding. Thanks to her expertise and dedication, my dog arrived safely and without any hassle. I couldn't be more grateful for Cheyenne's assistance and highly recommend Jet-a-Pet to anyone in need of pet transport services.

We had a great experience working with Jet-A-Pet. They handled customs clearance and delivery for us when our dog landed in Boston. They worked really well with our UK agent for the hand-off and were very responsive in answering questions. There was a small hiccup at the airport with our dog being left longer on the plane after landing than anticipated, but this was not Jet-a-Pet's fault and they were great in getting her back to us as quickly as they could. It is very stressful to send pets on planes, but Jet-a-Pet made it a much easier experience for us.

She took great care of them for many days and treated them like her own dogs , she truly is a wonderful person , also Lisa for doing all the work and organizing everything… I highly recommend using them for pets relocation abroad…. They take care of everything… my pets are here with me now and I’m so greatful….. even the driver that came to give us the dogs in NICE was very helpful and friendly!

I had a fantastic experience with Jet-a-Pet. Cheyenne was extremely helpful and walked me through each step and eased my nerves, never made me feel like I was bothering her asking questions and double-checking, and even emailed my vet's office for me and provided guidance directly to them in getting my documents in order. All 3 of my cats made it safely and easily to London from Boston and were ready and waiting for me when my flight landed. Cheyenne even provided the exact Amazon links to the kinds of crates and bedding, etc. to buy and helped keep costs low. I shopped around before I eventually settled on Jet-a-pet and after getting so many quotes I can safely say the prices with jetapet are lowest, and so worth it.

When I was in a jam, I called Jet-A-Pet 10 days before my travel and they took care of delivery of my pup. I had done all of the backwork on the documentation since I thought I could do the dog send myself. Leigh was a joy to work with and sorted everything quickly and efficiently. The handler was on time and helpful. I explained that my pup has high anxiety and since it was just the two of them for 3 hours, he un caged her and let her ride up front with him. He sent several videos. Additionally, Leigh gave expert advice on everything including brokering some details the Vet needed. There was no issues and my dog arrived successfully after a 30 hour flight. I could not have been successful without Leigh and her partnership. If I was to add an edit, there was a component of affirmation on from the designee in the new country picking up the pup and the cargo airline. We had trouble connecting to her. I think my edit would be to have Jet A Pet create a three way call to facilitate with the cargo company... we just could never get them on the phone to confirm until later. I would hire this company again and trust them based on my experience with them. I would have never been able to do what this company did in a few hours/days for me. My pup was reunited and it was a good, good day!

Do NOT use this company, especially international travel. Lisa does not respond to emails or voicemails even when your furbabies are stranded in London and should be in Scotland. This trip was $7000.00 and they still could not deliver. The pets trip is officially terminated in london airport and apparently thanks to This companies unprofessionalism and incompetence it will cost another $1000.00 to get them home after TWO flights they were not put on. Don’t trust your furbabies or your bank account for that matter to this company! Ps it forces you to give a star to post. wish the more accurate negative stars was an option

I'll start with the positive: Our dog arrived and is healthy. The negative: For the amount of money and time it took to coordinate an international move, and the stress of moving a pet internationally, I would not recommend this company to anyone. British Airways cancelled all pet flights for a month and a half departing Atlanta, which was our departure airport, and Jet-A-Pet didn't inform me about it; I had to contact them to verify where we could fly out with the change. When we were 10 days out from our flight, I called Lisa and Cheyenne to verify all the vaccination records were correct, both independently confirmed everything was in order.Fast forward to arrival in the UK, and we are informed the rabies vaccine was not considered valid by the UK Animal Reception Centre and our dog now has to quarantine for 21 days. Our UK Customs Agent never provided a list of accepted quarantine locations, and didn't respond to our calls or emails on Friday afternoon until Monday mid-morning.When we contacted Jet-A-Pet about our frustration and lack of satisfaction with their provided service, we were told it was our fault for using a DoD/USDA certified vet, and that despite their two person check of our dog's records, they were not at fault and did nothing wrong. Lisa, the Operations Manager, offered to refund 75% of our administrative fee (which won't come close to the cost of boarding or transportation from the airport to the pet kennel for boarding). Through a series of emails we explained our dissatisfaction with the lack of care and attention to detail provided by Jet-A-Pet, and were repeatedly told it was either our own fault, the vet's fault, or simply outside Jet-A-Pet's control. Eventually Lisa offered to refund 100% of our admin fee, a grand total of $800 (imagine my surprise when they only refunded $600 and it took them nearly three weeks to do just that). This company will promise you the world but when anything happens they will disappear and leaving you holding the bill.Terrible experience, and I have encouraged everyone I know who is traveling with pets to stay as far away from them as possible.TL;DR: Moderate price quote, but terrible communication and blamed us when they failed to do a thorough vaccine/records check prior. Promised 100% admin fee refund and delivered 75%. Use Silverbirch instead.

The team at Jet A Pet Int'l were absolutely terrific. They arranged everything from picking up my dog, boarding, booking travel and making sure he was safe at the airports for transport and cargo meet up. He came to our new home healthy and happy to see me. Affordable too, since this can be an expensive undertaking. From CA to NY - a big thanks to Cheyenne, Greg and Michael who were the team that brought my hound to our new home. They run a great service that came highly recommended to me - and I'm happy to do the same. (Now that I'm settled and have time to think again - I wanted to put words behind the 5 stars! Thank you!)

We used Lisa to bring my dog Bailey from California to Australia and she made everything so easy. Lisa was always there to answer any questions and told me step by step on what to do next. It was a pleasure working with her. Thank you!

Working with Jet-A-Pet International was a pure joy. They are extraordinary in their field and really do care for their clients and LOVE the pets they're responsible for. Their dedicated and proprietary partnerships globally, make things not just easier, but also provides peace of mind -something you're going to need with a big move. Highly recommend Jet-A-Pet over the competition.

We recently moved with our chinchilla to Germany. We used Jet-a-pet to make our move a little less stressful. And Cheyenne from jet-a-pet made sure of that. She was very clear as to what to do and what we needed every step of the way. She answered all our questions and listened to our worries very patiently. And when we had a little dilemma with the USDA and little time to take care of it, she stepped in and straightened it out. After that everything went smoothly and trouble free. Luna the chinchilla arrived well taken care of in Frankfurt and is happy in her new home.A big big thank you to Cheyenne for making the life easier.

Can't say enough about the fantastic work that Jet-A-Pet did in getting our Vizla mix to Costa Rica. It was starting to look like we would have to leave our family dog of twelve years behind -- a heartbreak -- until Mel and Lisa of Jet-A-Pet came through for us big time with a solution. Lisa is thoroughly professional and walked us through all the logistics and paperwork, USDA, airline, etc. She's a pleasure to work with. Mel is the consummate professional trainer. He has a clear love for dogs and his decades of experience are very evident. He got our Lucy to Costa Rica without a hitch! Happy dog, happy family.

Great service throughout. Relocated a dog from US to UK safely and Cheyenne answered our many questions along the way. Jet-A-Pet representatives helped us feel more relaxed and comfortable with the experience when meeting at airport. Thank you.

Total scam and extremely unprofessional. I've never left a bad yelp review but this company shocked me. I was shipping my dog to Europe, paid 2,400 euro ($2700) got the crate and sent a photo of my dog in the crate to Cheyenne at Jet-A-Pet. Got to JFK four hours before the flight and met Anthony Graci from Jet-A-Pet who told me the crate was too small. He left me and my dog standing outside (v hot day, huge trucks driving all around) at the cargo center at JFK for 90 mins while he 'went to get a bigger crate'. I called him to ask where he was and he hung up the phone on me. Cheyenne then called me saying Anthony had another pick up at Newark and my dog would not travel that day, so he had no intention of getting me another crate. So upsetting. They insisted I pay $1000 more if I wanted her to travel, and I didn't have a choice as I needed her to get there. They agreed to a $200 discount since it was their fault, but I never got a good explanation for the huge additional cost. On a call with Anthony to organize pick up, he wanted to pick the dog up SEVEN hours before the flight. Jet-A-Pet absolutely do not keep the animal's welfare at top of mind, they are far more concerned with getting money and moving on. I remained polite but insistent as he yelled at me and called me names, saying that because I had not arrived FIVE hours before the flight it was my fault? He was extremely emotional and irrational and called me names, have not experienced anything like it. The dog got there in the end, despite this company's greed and unprofessionalism. Absolutely do not recommend.
