Racist employees in the fitting room, I was standing in the fitting room waiting for a 5mins and the two girls didn’t even say a word, not even looking at me, and it wasn’t even busy, it was only me standing there. The hanging cloths are dirty and messy like a 99cents store, definitely not a good experience. I don’t think the store manager trains the employees, cuz I shop in lulu often and never got a bad experience like today in the city.

I wish I could give a 0 star if I could. Nobody greets the clients,two girls in the fitting room but helpless, all they do is clear up the mess cloths, don’t even look up to customers, definitely not coming back again.

I went to this store to exchange an item from Canada. As of a few weeks ago, the policy changed such that you can exchange within North America. I went to a group of 4-5 employees just standing around in the back and asked if I could exchange these leggings. I was told no (which is fine, I can understand people saying no). My problem is that when they said no, I mentioned I could pull up the policy I saw, and as I was saying this, they looked at me, turned away and started a conversation amongst themselves. I tried to get their attention several times after this and they ignored me. Finally I went to the front of the store and ONE associate was kind enough to look at the policy with me and ask their manager. Turned out they had not trained everyone about that new policy. Overall thankful that I could do my exchange and for the one person who did help but disappointed in how rude those first few employees were, especially because they ended up being wrong!

Won’t honor their return policy. Gave every excuse in the book other than a refund or store credit. This team is due for change.

I went in to return or get a quality promise on my leggings that the seams were coming off and the texture wasn’t soft. When i walked in I went up to this guy to ask for help but he just said hello and walked away like ??? anyway the people that helped me at the register said they couldn’t do anything about it and it was basically my fault for how they were. one star because no matter how nice and understand i was the costumer service was bad.

Every sales seems so busy in this store and no one greets the customers. Only minimum service is provided unless you ask for it. No email notifications for hemming orders, you have to call them to find out. Checking out takes long.

My son who is active military purchased two items for my birthday and asked to use his military discount, which he had previously done several years earlier. He was told it was no longer on file and would have to complete an application which when approved he could use it for future purchases. In addition, the clerk said something about a freeze at present on processing applications. Shame on Lululemon, especially on Memorial Day weekend for not according him the discount and making the process more difficult then it needs to be. With most businesses, you just produce your Military ID and are given the discount.

Excellent customer service at this store which I truly appreciate. Prices are high, yes, but the quality is there! Fab athleisure wear that lasts a very long time.

Great customer service! I went in there for a gift exchange and from the manager to the young lady with dark hair in the fitting room so pleasant and helpful. And clearly I never even went in Lulu before but they treated me with the most respect. And my cashier was great I loved her jacket she stopped and showed me where it was. Just great customer service!
