Beware of Ridiculous Prices!
I can’t believe I paid $4.54 per gallon for regular gas here—that’s $1.50 more than the average price in CT! This place is an absolute rip-off. Do yourself a favor and fill up somewhere else where you won’t get taken advantage of.

Ahh I see it’s 2.3 stars rating not surprised. So I was trying to clean out my car and then this old guy starts giving me problems because I was putting trash in their garbage can and then this old guy has me getting the garbage bag out and putting it in their garbage containers which it’s whatever but he was still harrassing me saying he was old and im like alright im sorry and it seems he didn’t want to accept my apology even when I replaced the garbage bag but I wasn’t starting any trouble since there was a cop car that was in front this gas station. Do not go to this gas station if you are trying to throw out any garbage or even get gas since this old guy loves harrassing ppl from nowhere

Owner or staff emloyee blocked me in the parking lot and got out of his vehicle to confront me about waiting for him too closely? Finally I was able to back up and drive around him as he stood infront of my vehicle. He was lucky I was rushing to work.

These folks have been taking care of our 7 and 15 year old cars for the last 5 years. They do an outstanding job. They are transparant about pricing, complete their work in the timeframe they promise and give good advice on how to best maintain our cars going forward.

Racial Profiling and rudeness to the Max. I literally got harassed yesterday for being black and stopping at that gas station for fuel. I've been stalked by a man and was photographed as I sat in my car by the gas pump. I'm very disgusted by the treatment

The gentlemen that runs this shop couldn't be nicer or more helpful. We were visiting family in town from Florida for Thanksgiving when our Mercedes broke down on the side of the road from a cooling issue. This happened late Wednesday afternoon the day before Thanksgiving. I spoke to him before we had it towed to his shop and explained to him that we needed to get the car back by the weekend if possible to go back to Florida. He said he would look at it when they reopened on Friday morning. This was spectacular as the Mercedes dealer was quoting a week and half to get it looked at let alone fixed. So Friday arrives and the car is fixed and running smoothly like it was before the breakdown. I highly recommend this shop as he didn't have to go out of his way to help us but he did and the job was done quickly and correctly, a great local mechanic.

Extremely high gas prices. They try to "force" full service on you, even when you don't want it. None of the card readers worked. Service (which I didn't want) was strange. I will never go back.

Car broke down on Merritt Parkway and Westport Service Center was sent to tow my car. All went well till we got to my house with car, Geico said I have a 20 mile tow rate anything after 20 miles I pay. The tow truck driver Ken insisted that I only have a 7 mile tow rate & refused to release the car, so I payed the $36.00 charge. When unloading my car Ken did damage to my car, when I pointed it out Ken started screaming, denying he did and saying my car was a piece of garbage to begin with. I called back Geico and they called Westport Service Center and the manager Sam & Ken called me back to say they were WRONG for charging me and the money would be returned.Things are bad enough that my car broke down but to have a company hold your car HOSTAGE on a lie and to DAMAGE my car is unacceptable.

Sunday, 9/19/2021: This Mobil service station saved my day! I was driving back home to Maryland when my vehicle overheated. I was on the road a few hours before this happened. My temperature light went on and there was beeping. So, I stopped at Mobil and found out I needed more coolant and a quart of motor oil. They took care of it and I was back on the road. I made it home to Maryland. Thanks, Mobil, for your help and being open on a Sunday!

Beware of inept, arrogant workers, who can't repair a tire, much less don't have the ethical sense to stand behind their work. Your car may not be safe. This service station charged an inflated fee to fix a tire with a screw lodged in it, a basic requirement of any competent service station, but I paid cause I was in a bind. The next day arrived & the tire deflated. Good thing the car wasn't driving at a high speed on a highway or the tire didn't cause an accident. Stay far away from this station !

While other gas stations charge 3.09 per gallon. this gas station charges $4.41 per gallon. Hilarious and the guy is not thankful to use his business and told me I’m lucky today is $.07 cheaper than yesterday lol Well never again what a rip off place

If I could give this place negative 5 stars, I would. God awful customer service. The so called "gas manager" is a rude, ignorant, j**** Filled my 2009 CRV with PREMIUM gas, for starters, didn't even ask how much I wanted or which kind I wanted. $70 down the drain and extremely poor customer service! Called to talk to the manager about this poor experience, they put me on the phone with the "gas manager"... got told off by him and hung up on twice. Fuming is an understatement. Do not ever go here. You will regret it.
