I enrolled for pilates with power plates. The instructors were great and the workouts were intense.

We offer an individual comprehensive + wholistic approach to assessing + achieving your movement, fitness, post-rehabilitation program, or increasing athletic performance goals. We offer privates, duets + small semi-private sessions. We are an education center + are proud to be the first branch of the Kane School/Kinected Pilates Comprehensive Teacher-Training, well-known for its combining of the traditional Pilates repertory with an intensive study of anatomy, biomechanics, injuries + palpation skills.
