“Greg and Al…can’t recommend them enough! Not only are their prices really good, they are knowledgeable and professional. In a very busy law firm in Darien, printers are key equipment. When there is one down, I got a loaner asap. When the printer was out of ink and we didn’t have an extra one, these guys literally dropped one off asap!Great customer service. They also repaired some of our printers and took the used cartridges regularly. Loved their online ordering system with each employee printer specified so it was easy to reorder. “I just want to thank the very nice girl in the office and copy department who was so helpful to my dad. Christina went above and beyond to walk him through what seemed to be a difficult process for him. He had tried to get some work done at the FedEx near by, and was quickly shut down and told to try the staples down the road. My dad felt stressed and a bit overwhelmed and luckily he met Christina who managed to solve the entire problem in under half an hour! “Went to the Staples store to shop for new laptop. Have purchased one here previously & was happy with service from team. This new purchase was no exception & did not disappoint. I initially worked with John the Store Manager who helped me to determine the right replacement. After narrowing my options was still on the fence. In the interim based on my earlier laptop package the team ran checks to determine the performance level. Mellissa the Tech Manager kept me inform of the process & results. The final conclusion was for my needs time to upgrade. John & Melissa helped to ensure I was able to get the best pricing & Melissa walked me through the best addons for my needs. From there Ryan also in Tech worked on transferring data from old to new & making sure I had the right programs. I am so happy & grateful to the team of John, Melissa & Ryan for making this transition as painless as it could be.”

She was friendly and patient the entire time.I tried tipping her $20 and she refused due to company policy. I found that offensive. I wish she would’ve taken the tip for lunch. “I went to return an amazon package. Very easy. I had just got the package the day before, I just put it in my car as is. Amazon asks you to make sure there's no other shipping labels on the package but I couldn't get their labels off. Staff at the store told me don't worry about it, they'll cover them. They scanned the qr code on my phone, gave me a receipt and I was done. Great, seemless transaction. It's ample parking, as this is in a larger shopping strip. Handicap spots available as well. It was easy on and off the main road. But it wasn't s busy time when I was there, it's imagine at a busier, it's a bit of a wait to get across. But that is all of Blackrock turnpike, so...”
