“Greg and Al…can’t recommend them enough! Not only are their prices really good, they are knowledgeable and professional. In a very busy law firm in Darien, printers are key equipment. When there is one down, I got a loaner asap. When the printer was out of ink and we didn’t have an extra one, these guys literally dropped one off asap!Great customer service. They also repaired some of our printers and took the used cartridges regularly. Loved their online ordering system with each employee printer specified so it was easy to reorder. But I loved visiting the store to see Greta ?.Life is busy. Work even busier.Greg and Al made the printing needs a lot easier!”

“All of my poster business will now be done with PostNet. I had 17 posters to be printed - 2’x3’ in size. I ordered my posters originally from an on-line service, and the night before my event, I found out they would not arrive to me on time. I called PostNet at 4pm, and Frank the owner was absolutely amazing. He was able to give me an email and upload all my files to him by the next morning. He had them printed and ready for my event by 2pm. (And it was a bonus to how convenient the store front is off of 95). This was a very important project to me personally, and I want my gratitude to shine through this review. I have worked in the print industry for a career, and I can also attest to the quality of the vinyl and the images. They were clear to the point that you could see the turf particles flying into the air in an action shot of a lacrosse player. My original files wouldn’t open, and rather than Frank calling me, he was able to trouble shoot with his in-house designer. His designer had to take my file from photoshop to illustrator to fix an issue - but just did it! To find an owner so kind, competent and accommodating is a gem. Frank rocks!”

“I just want to thank the very nice girl in the office and copy department who was so helpful to my dad. Christina went above and beyond to walk him through what seemed to be a difficult process for him. He had tried to get some work done at the FedEx near by, and was quickly shut down and told to try the staples down the road. My dad felt stressed and a bit overwhelmed and luckily he met Christina who managed to solve the entire problem in under half an hour! Thank you Christina for being so kind and patient with my dad, and being able to remind us all great customer service still exists! 5 stars for staples at westport ave!!”

We decided to pay for a mailbox and it was quick and easy they just need your ID, copy of your rent lease and rental insurance coverage. If theft is happening where you are please invest in getting a mailbox.”

Perhaps too good, difficult to think they could have made much money with the amount of time it must have taken to bag and wrap with bubble wrap each volume. “Went to the Staples store to shop for new laptop. Have purchased one here previously & was happy with service from team. This new purchase was no exception & did not disappoint. I initially worked with John the Store Manager who helped me to determine the right replacement. After narrowing my options was still on the fence. In the interim based on my earlier laptop package the team ran checks to determine the performance level. Mellissa the Tech Manager kept me inform of the process & results. The final conclusion was for my needs time to upgrade. John & Melissa helped to ensure I was able to get the best pricing & Melissa walked me through the best addons for my needs. From there Ryan also in Tech worked on transferring data from old to new & making sure I had the right programs. I am so happy & grateful to the team of John, Melissa & Ryan for making this transition as painless as it could be.”
