Jim's attention to the resolution of this damage was unmatched - I truly felt valued and he fought for my insurance claim to be given the proper attention it deserved. In the end, all was resolved properly, but I couldn't have done it without Jim going above and beyond on my behalf. “I've shopped at a few different Staples stores and each time I've had nothing but friendly people that have been more than helpful in helping me find what I need. I recently purchased some office furniture cubes that had gone on clearance and I visited a few stores and each one they were more than willing to go check the back for any inventory and help me load my purchases into my car. I don't find too many places anymore that are happy to go into the back and drag out boxes to load on a cart and bring to a person's car and be nothing but Pleasant the whole time.”
