friendly, and attention to detail hairdresser. I had another great haircut and experience in a timely fashion from Alison in a fast paced salon. I have been going to her for a few years now and will continue to do so

Alison is a superstar hair stylist!!!
She is kind and professional.
Even though on a very busy Sunday, clearly understaffed, with 4 people waiting, she delivered and expert haircut in record time.
Note to management:
Pls provide some additional stylist on weekends so you don’t overwhelm your staff and keep less patient patrons frustrated.

I would give this place zero stars if I could, but only for one specific hairdresser. The woman with the brunette hair and glasses simply does not know how to cut hair. This is the 3rd time I’ve gone in there and she be the only available hairdresser, so I wasn’t left with much options. She has messed up horribly every time. She rushes, she doesn’t seem to care about what you tell her beforehand, and it is overall a horrible experience. Everyone else that cuts hair in there is great, but that woman specifically needs either to be retrained, or fired. It is getting ridiculous.

Second horrible experience at this Super Cuts locations. Only one worker was staffed on a busy day. DO NOT GET YOU HAIRCUT AT THIS LOCATION. I asked for a basic haircut, and they butchered it. The worker spent less than 15 minutes on the haircut. Called and asked for a refund; which they denied. Save your money and hair.

Don't go here. They are incompetent and don't even know what a "fade haircut" is. I had to go to another barber afterwards to get it fixed.

I was scared at first to get my haircut here yet I can't afford $100 for a haircut. I am so happy I did the girls at this location are amazing and get the tea tree treatment it's 100% worth it. I love my cut and so happy I took a chance!!!

I go for a shape and trim. I love the convenience of the shop and being able to make the appointments online the day before.

First I was called to the chair. The chair had a major tear in the center. There was hair on the chair and at the foot rest as well as all over the floor. It’s obvious no one cleans up as there were multiple hair fragments of different colors on the floor. I told the hair cutter to clean it up before I sit. .Thr prior client left and no one sterilized or changed any hair cutting tools. I am semi bald and my haircut was about 4 minutes and $32. If the place was clean and adequate sterilization and hygienic conditions I would not have written this review. The haircut was atrocious. I will visit another barber to organize the few thin strands of hair I have left. The experience was just shameful. Obviously the store has no oversight. The place is dirty. The waiting chairs also have holes and are extremely uncomfortable

Just horrible quality - got haircut under 8 minutes - tells a lot about quality (usually 30-40 minutes at my regular place) so really it’s super quick and expensive if think about cost per minute. She quickly trimmed sides without double checking if some spots need to go over again, she didn’t dry up hair at all to see if something sticks out (obviously when it’s wet it doesn’t show actual result), top was done with scissors but only front but even more horrifying thing - she didn’t even try to clean cut hair from my face etc, so I was left with chunks of fallen/cut hair all over my face and she said it’s done, never go back again (obviously horribly uneven haircut after hair dried up). Please don’t even bother to respond to this, you had enough similar reviews and looks like did not do anything about. It was May 25, 4:10pm.
