Laura was so unpleasant and it makes me not want to come back. She didnt seem like she cared. It was extremely unprofessional. She talked down to me like I was a child.

They are fine people, it just seems to take forever to do anything. There is always a line of customers and only 1 teller helping customers.

AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL customer service. They forget that we are trying to access our own money. It's MUCH easier to drive that extra 4 mins down the road to the location in Norwalk. The staff is alot more helpful.
