Our dog Alice couldn’t love her time at Townhouse more. They take amazing care of her for both short and long stays. We had to leave her there for two weeks and they even sent us email updates. The staff is amazing and you can tell they really love animals and care about their clients.

I have boarded my dog, had him trained and continue to have him groomed @ Townhouse. My experiences with each have been great but I must rave about the trainer as she really took her time with my dog who was a big puller. He was 65lbs, at the time & walks were not very pleasant. I now enjoy our 4/5 mile walks, so a huge thank you to Yolanda!!!

I boarded my car for a week. He was still alive when I came to pick him up, which is a plus. They hadn’t trimmed his claws like I had requested, and said it would be another hour and a half before the groomer got in. I don’t have a car, and it is a half hour walk from the train station, and $25 Uber trip before tip to get my kitty home, so not just a minor inconvenience to come back later, especially for something that had already been agreed upon to be done while he was boarding.

I wish I could give 5 stars as I would have a few days ago. My dog Bailey and I have visited many daycares and have had no issue with townhouse until this past weekend. On Saturday I brought my dog to townhouse for a couple of hours to get some energy out. As I go in to pick her up a women is standing starring at me like I'm the worst person she's ever seen. She calls out my name and then asks me to come with her so we can talk about my dog. Mind you every time I pick my dog up I ask how she's doing and I'm told that she gets along with about every dog she comes into contact with there and gives no issue. Other than when it's time to come off the turf my dog will run from staff. Which is normal she's a dog and she's playing with them. So I soon find out that this women is the dog trainer. She then tells me that she's been trying to get in contact with me for months about my dogs aggressive behavior towards all the dogs that I was just told by staff a few days earlier there was no issue . I was blind sided and felt attacked. Not sure if she was trying to just make a marketing move or what but I really didn't appreciate how she approached me about the issue. If they were having an issue with my dog shouldn't I have been made aware of the issue at the start when I pick her up instead of someone coming to me saying they are having an issue for months but could not get in contact with me when I come into the establishment 3x a week sometimes 4. It's really upsetting because I thought townhouse was a place my dog loves and to have such miscommunication makes me feel so uncomfortable to even bring my dog there ever again. I was told that it's not the staffs business to know how my dogs doing.. from what I understand the staff is who interacts with me dog daily so how could she sit there and say it's none of their business as they continue to tell me that my dog is not an issue. Hopefully they can get it together and have Yolanda trained on how to speak to customers who pay good money to bring their pups there to receive great care. This daycare would have been my first choice if the dog trainer didn't make me feel so uncomfortable. Im still waiting on a call from the owner as I hope she calls because this to me is upsetting as I was going to board my dog in October but feel uncomfortable that everyone isn't on the same page and not the staffs business if my dog is causing issues and not getting along with the dogs I was told she's great with. Just doesn't make sense and I'm hopeful to get an answer better then it's not the staffs business because it definitely should be if they're having issues with dogs.

My dog Maybee is always happy to be at Townhouse. Once she gets out of the car and realizes where we are she practically runs to the door for a playtime day or for boarding. She is always welcomed with kindness and is happy when I pick her up! I know she has a good time and is well cared for. We've been customers for over 30 years and 5 of our dogs have benefitted!A year has passed since I wrote the review and I still feel the same way about TH for Dogs and Cats. The staff is the best. Maybe is always happy to visit her home away from home!

We LOVE the Town House!! We have been using the grooming, boarding and occasional play day there for 6 years now! Started with one dog, now we have 2! I am so thankful for their wonderful care of our fur babies when we travel. I know they stay cool, healthy, have curated playtime and are 100% safe! My dogs run up the stairs when we arrive (not like at the vet!). The staff are lovely and caring!! Instagram/ FB users can check out pics and videos of their pets while you travel.

Very friendly place. We have boarded our dogs a few times and they seem to do really well. The instagram page is a huge plus! 4 stars only due to the smell. The last few times we have dropped them off it reeks of urine where I’ve had to embarrassingly hold my nose. I definitely understand dogs come in and out all day and a dog is bound to pee on the floor. Just suggesting throwing out the rugs to help with the smell.

My dog (who is hyper, buy very kind) was put on a giant restraint sling used for much larger aggressive dogs, she's a tiny baby poodle! She was covered in urine, and just looked sad and scared for the rest of the day, wouldn't even eat when she came home. I never write reviews on anything, but I will literally beg anyone who loves there pet to run for the hills.

Amazing. The staff at Town House have become family to us and our dog. He loves going to daycare and playing with the other pups, and we feel very secure leaving him there when we need boarding. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

BEEARE!! They put my friends puppy in a cage in "isolation" all wet without calling her. When she got there he was shivering and his ears were bleeding apparently from contact with the cage. (Photos to come)

I have brought my dogs for boarding, daycare and grooming for years now. They LOVE coming here. The staff is so great and I can really feel how much they care for my dogs. I get dragged in the door when we arrive and they never want to seem to leave when the time comes. I think they like the staff more than they like me some days. I can't say enough great things about Townhouse.

Need to make your dog tired and happy? This is the place!! Welles aka #Nutmeg_Monster loves coming to Town House for Dogs & Cats! Jazz and make you feel comfortable when he is there knowing your dog is being cared for by animal lovers. Welles plays hard, gets rest and water too. I have left him for boarding and grooming too. We are a 20 minute drive and there is another place less than 4 miles from my house. I tell all my neighbors to come here as they all have complained about the much closer place. Look them up on Instagram and you can see the joy in the puppies faces. If you need to have a tired and happy dog, please drop by I'm sure you and your pet will be thrilled.

This place is completely unorganized. I was told when I bought a package they didn’t need an appointment for daycare. Then when I was bringing my dog in- I called and they said they were full and I needed an appointment. Marcie, the manager, called and after a 20 minute painful conversation she agreed to take him. Then to be called back to say I should reconsider because kennel cough is going around and she wouldn’t want my dog to get sick. Apparently marcie was calling me from home and wasn’t even aware that another person called and said it was fine to bring him in!
