The staff - specifically JJ and Naosha(sp?) are friendly, knowledgeable and make me feel welcomed at all times and can anticipate my needs and solutions. They even went above and beyond for an envelope recently sent to Jamaica and not delivered at the promised day by the store manager. These 2 are the best - they are both efficient.

Hands down best service I have had with UPs stores. Extremely friendly staff , great energy and passion for customers even on Friday afternoon at 5:55pm before they close. Helped me with my package returns and photo ID copy in no time. Highly recommended and the staff at this store location should get a raise for how great they are doing their job and the excellent the customer service they price!

Efficient, friendly, and just a touch pricier than you’d hope—because convenience has a cost. Staff gets the job done without much small talk, which is fine by me. Avoid midday-mom rush unless you enjoy lines as long as shipping receipts.

This is a great small business. Besides providing excellent services at reasonable prices, the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. I have been using them to ship packages for the past four years and they have always done a great job with a smile on their face.

Love this ups store!! Everyone’s always so nice and helpful. I was sending a walking pad back to Amazon. It was a heavy box in my car, and this associate was so helpful and took it out of my car by himself and printed my return label for me. Really appreciated!!
