Very rude employee, said he was going to bump our passport appointment because we questioned him on something we had confirmed with the passport agency. DO NOT make an appointment for passport renewal here. They cancel ALL the time. Happened to us 3x. The last one without notification at all. We were already there with our documents. Don't even bother with this post office if you actually want your passports renewed.
