This Walgreens location provides great customer service with professional, efficient, and helpful staff. Recent visits have been pleasant and easy. The pharmacist was very helpful in resolving an insurance issue. Staff members are friendly and upbeat, quickly assisting with services like FedEx returns. While the pharmacy's location in the back corner can feel cramped when several people are waiting, the overall experience is much better than some alternatives. It is a recommended place for getting vaccines like COVID and flu boosters, especially during less busy times. Customers can also pick up great sale items.
Joe the Pharmacist at Walgreens Westport CT is super knowledgeable, empathetic, helpful and kind, Prescriptions easy to fill, never a wait and Joe is like the old fashioned pharmacist that listens and gives great advice.

The store staff is always friendly and helpful. The pharmacy team is outstanding! Joe is the reason I choose this location over others. He is extremely helpful and always willing to assist. Walgreens is very fortunate to have employees like Joe. He is the best pharmacist I have ever worked with!
