They need customer service skills. from the moment you get in to the moment you walk out they aren't the best at making you feel like you can talk to them. can improve

Robin, the bank manager, has been awesome and Eric assists me daily with my new business. Everyone is friendly and is always polite and helpful. I would recommend this bank to anyone that would like personal attention and great customer support.
