I walked in today (Oct 5th) to upgrade my phone and the customer service rep was on the phone helping to guys. He checked the condition of my phone, I walked around and waited, another young lady comes in an has an issue with a charge on Apple Watch. I waited while he continued on the phone and when he finished with the two men, he walked over to help the young lady that came in after me. This horrible service. I literally just left your store. He knew I was next in line , I shouldn’t have to say anything

There is an AT&T store in Weathersford CT that employ’s someone who is not only an amazing person, but a true testament to humanity. I was in a very difficult situation I had lost a phone. New to the area with no family, friends, or established residence. This man sat and listened to my concerns helped me in ways that without him, I would have been able to help myself. I felt lost, and saddened by my situation that I did not feel would be resolved, he watched, he listened and without uttering a word made sure every I was dotted, and T was crossed. He calmly reassured me in his own way that things would be ok. He could have told me the procedure to have my phone replaced, and that would have been that, instead after hearing all that I was going through he said, just give me a minute. He found out that I was in a transient state living in my car, just starting a new job having no idea how to navigate the area without my phone, and without hesitating he went from a amazing employee to a phenomenal human being, and humanitarian. People like this are the reassurance that goodness still exists. He saw me, he heard me, and though I feel this way quite often he let me know you are not alone. It meant the world to me. This tremendous act of kindness did not go unnoticed. I hope this message reaches him somehow. I hope something happens for him that is unexpected but much needed. I hope blessings are unlocked for him even though he was just being himself. He will not be forgotten. Thank you AT&T for making the right choice with him. And thank you God for putting this man in my life when I needed it most

Raul was super nice and super helpful with helping me upgrade my phone and activate my phone a few days later. He was the only employee working on the days I went and he did a great job assisting everyone who walked in the door. He even went as far as to help waiting customers instead of taking his lunch break. Raul is doing a great job and deserves to be recognized!

Mike actually cares. He was super helpful and took pride in customer service. Unlike the useless assistance at the Glastonbury, CT store where they told us “maybe some team somewhere can help you on the ATT customer service lines”Appreciate the Wethersfield team!

I cannot say enough positive things about Mike who helped me for over an hour fix my phone. I had a terrible time with the Glastonbury store, manager Bevy was rude and unapologetic and aggressive when I walked in asking for a new Sim card for my phone so I went to Wethersfield. Mike was patient and kind and fixed my phone that wouldn't go to the internet and just would receive calls. I was so grateful for his assistance. I will be back for all my att needs moving forward. Thanks Mike!!

My husband and I were in the market for new phones. We went to this location in order to look around at our options and was greeted by Juan. Juan made the experience so enjoyable, he had a great personality, was beyond knowledgeable, and really made the process seamless. He was open about the shipping time and we received the product much sooner than expected. Great customer service!

Went in to get the screen protectors changed on my girlfriend and my iPhone, which we have the lifetime warranty on. Juan was the only employee there so we asked him to do the change for us, he was not very helpful and quite rude. He changed the one on my phone after I argued that I had it done no problem there before but he said the policy changed and that I needed the box in order to get it done. The last time I was there they told me I did not need the box and everything was on file. He then said we had to go to the newington location to get the one on my girlfriends phone changed. I don’t understand why he was able to do one phone and not the other. Im not sure if the policy did change or what but I know I left there unhappy and Juan was not very nice to us at all.
