Wow! Yesterday a national vendor goofed and texted me about a delivery (they were supposed to notify the sender ). With the storms last night I wondered what would happen. This morning I got a WONDERFUL delivery directly from Avenue Florist! Safe, put inside my mudroom and the delivery person called me right after to let me know! I am going to use them going forward! Such care; above and beyond!

First time using this florist. I ordered a dozen roses for my fiancé for valentines day. When I walked into the florist, i was greeted initially with poor customer service, though the ambiance of the business was nice, I cannot say the same for the quality of goods they produce. I was highly disappointed when I saw the flowers arrive to me. The roses were poor quality, with multiple of the roses being "squished" with broken petals. The vase was very large, most likely to distract from the poor presentation of roses and minimal baby breath. For the amount of money I paid, I expected much better quality than I received. Would not recommend, will be doing my research on better florists in the area.

They took my request for a Mother's Day order, !!on Sunday!! And produced something that BLEW even my Mother's HIGH standards of a mind!!! And all the lady told me was "I'll put something real nice!!!" AND DID SHE EVER!!!!!!
