Great service by Elvis setting up my new credit card. He did a great job explaining the cash back features on the card and answering my questions. I got my full sign on bonus too! I have called him a few times since our appointment to ask other questions and he’s always available.

Absolutely pathetic service. I opened my account around 3 months back because of the good reputation of Chase Bank. But Elvis Mogrovejo provided us with the wrong information as a result, we lost our precious 600 $ reward. And that is not enough. Marcella Jones, The manager, accused us (a customer) of Lying and making up a story to get the reward when I deposited a significant amount in the bank. Such a pathetic customer service and such an unprofessional and ill-mannered manager. I am glad that I have closed my account here.

Yelling at innocent and naive children who are curious. If its a problem that a child touches the security alarm, move the security alarm from the lobby where it is at childs height.

I can't say enough about Paul branch manager. I made a mistake on the wire form and he was so helpful in assisting and communicating with the receiving bank. They take care of their customers as a family member. Very happy with this branch.

Because the building is new, everything is clean and in great shape. Having a national bank nearby is great because no matter where you are, you can go into a local branch and feel as if it's your neighborhood branch.
