“Was looking for a small suitcase and a cocktail dress for an event on the west coast. Saw the suitcase (cute, hard-side carryon with diesel zippers) right as I walked in and found a beautiful dress on a clearance rack, but it was far too long. The employee running the fitting room showed me a way to maintain the silhouette of the dress and shared the name of her tailor. She also assured me I could return it in thirty days as long as I hadn’t had it altered yet. Excellent customer service at this store!”

“My family visited the JCPenney photo studio on Thursday and Friday to take family portraits. With several small children in the group, it was quite chaotic trying to get everyone to look in the same direction at the same time. However, Avery, our photographer, was incredibly patient and energetic, making the experience much easier. He worked wonderfully with the kids and even gave us extra prints as a thoughtful gesture for our patience while waiting for other families to finish their sessions. I would definitely recommend this location for family photos.”

“Extremely neat, very well organized and clothing, boots, and accessories for everbody.This Bob's store, not to be confused with a furniture store, is located off the Berlin turnpike, on Kitts lane where the Stop an Shop is.There is plenty of upfront parking.I have been looking for a quality but affordable pair of winter snowblower gloves. After checking out several stores, I decided to try this store. Walked in, and there up front were 3 display stands of gloves.Found exactly what I was looking for, and in my size, Xlg, and at the right price.$39.99.At the register, the young man was very pleasant and informative and answered all my questions. He then informed me of their Bobs store rewards program. A no cost, no card carrying, saves you money on your purchases. I agreed and was instantly awarded a $10.00 discount for signing up and extended my warranty to 90 days. You can't go wrong.I left feeling pretty good, and I believe that's the best compliment you can say about a business.These gloves just got a little warmer.I do recommend Bob's clothing store on Kitts Lane in Newington.”

“Love the clothes here! Technical but just as good for casual wear as for your workout. I even wear some pieces to work. Every stitch and seam has a purpose but the pieces are pretty too! and the best fit of any workout wear I've tried! The price is well worth it as they last and wear well. Plus, while they are on trend, they aren't fad-y, so you can wear them on and on.”

“I have experienced awesome customer service from the women that put my jacket on hold. She works at the register. This was on Saturday November 1, 2025. She always has a smile on her face. Then I received excellent customer service from Nathan. Nathan thank you for patent, kind and respectful. I very much appreciate you both for excellent customer service. This speaks volumes. I met the manager last weekend October 25, 2026. He is a very nice gentleman. There were two other ladies that gave me excellent customer service on the October. I remember she has beautiful purple hair. The other woman is short and petite like she held my jackets on November 1, 2026.

“After reading all the one star reviews I was a little apprehensive about visiting vineyard vines at the west farms mall but let me tell u my experience was 5 star from the moment I walked in... I was greeted by Marco immediately and he made me feel like I was the only customer in the store even thou they were busy & soon after the store manager Julie came by to make sure I found everything I needed not only did Marco & Julie help me find everything I needed they also gave me there opinion on certain colors they liked or clashed I was impressed they cared sooooo much if u read older reviews trust me the store is totally revamped with a super positive atmosphere & I recommend anyone who visited before and wasn't happy to give vineyard vines another try & I promise you'll be super satisfied... “I always have a great experience buying and selling here. They’ve always accepted a lot of my items and have given me a fair amount for them. And today I feel like I got away with murder with their clearance sale and low prices on toys! Manager makes an effort to inform customers who walk through the door about any sales they’re having, and they also have a chalkboard outside breaking down the sales. Staff is friendly and super informative. I’ve gone to enfield and Wethersfield OUAC but this one is by far my favorite and I never leave empty handed!”

“This is the cleanest, most well-organized consignment store. If you’re expecting to get rich off consigning used children’s clothes, adjust your expectations. I happened to have some items in my trunk I was going to donate but brought them here instead. I was expecting them to say “sorry, we can’t give you anything for this” but was delighted to make $15. Great finds for the kids too. I got four pairs of shoes (Crocs and Vans) and two spring jackets (Eddie Bauer and Old Navy) for $50.”
