I had a few months ago cracked the back glass on my iPhone 12 for the third time in 3 years. I brought it to this place and the gentleman behind the counter was very helpful and very knowledgeable. Looked at it, gave me a fair and reasonable price. Had him do the work and came back in an hour and he pointed out a couple things that the previous company had done wrong, fixed the issues and since then I have added a back glass protector to go with the front.
Fast forward to last week, my iPhone 12 battery was dying unexpectedly fast, brought it in, he looked at it, gave me a great price and it works flawlessly! Upon return to pick it up, he even showed me how bad the old battery was!
With phones being so expensive nowadays, this was the most logical and cost effective option. They did great work and I will recommend them to all of my friends for the knowledge and fair pricing! Thank you!

I had my charging port replaced. It works now but when disassembling my phone he bent the back cover of the phone so it no longer sits right. I went to try to open the case when I picked up my phone but he reassured me not to open it because he said the glue needed to dry. Turns out it is double sided tape. That and he bent it so badly it doesn't fully sit on my phone properly. I wish he was just up front and honest about the time he needed to fix the phone and about bending the back case.

Wish i could leave 0 stars. Cheap replacement screen broke after 2 days, the owner Tony accused me of dropping the phone and refused to make things right. Communication is aweful, just overall a horrible experience. BE AWARE!!!!

My IPad was not taking a charge, just a black screen so I first brought it to a different place which I will not name and they took it into the back and “tested” it and said it’s the battery or the mother board and battery alone costs $250 so I declined then brought it to CitiFix and they asked me to have a seat while they tried his iPad cord on it and 20 minutes later it was reading battery % and 5 minutes later Home Screen popped up, I purchased a new iPad cord from them and now it’s 2 days later and my iPad is working great , they basically saved me $240 , I am very grateful so I decided to share this awesome place with everyone, Thank You CitiFix ?

Excellent service. That owner is very well-mannered and attentive. He does a great job and is very sincere. I witnessed an incident where an elderly man asked him if he could fix his cellphone. The employee explained that even though he could repair it for free, the cost of the parts was almost equivalent to buying a new cellphone. Highly recommended.

Tony installed a new battery in my iPhone 7 in under 15 minutes. He also caught another issue with my phone in the process! Apparently my camera cable was only hanging on by a thread so he reattached it for me. Thanks, Tony!

Citifix is amazing! The owner has constantly fixed my phone due to my negligence and poor handling of my phone. Not only does he do it in a very manner but his professionalism is there as well as his honesty. Very good quality too. Highly recommend.
