I don't understand why the unemployment office have a phone number and they don't even pick up the phone. they just give you a message and hang up. that's not being considerate. that's not helping us at all. then we have to wait like 10 to 12 days to get a response to make an appointment. make that make some sense

Nobody answers the phone. All automated and sends you to their website. The website has limited options and their chat is through A.I. and you can ask away but get no responses. Mind blowing smh
