Looks like my review wasn’t needed after all to get an accurate rating for this cvs location but I felt compelled to share. Cashier Jim was absolutely nasty and unprofessional to me with my two year old daughter in tow. I was picking up some prints and a couple toiletries and I honestly could not tell you why this guy had a gripe with me but I tried to soften him by saying “are you having a hard day?” in response after multiple rude comments and staring at me awkwardly and with severe annoyance and his retort was, “not until now”. This is not the kind of treatment I expect to receive as a customer clearly but was also disappointed for someone to be so disrespectful and cruel in front of my young child. Needless to say, Walgreens is right next door. The choice is easy and I will never be returning.

Store was clean and fully stocked. Have not been at this specific Wethersfield CVS in years; it was definitely larger and more spacious than those that I frequent. Acknowledged by cashier.

Always long waiting lines at this location. I see a lot of people working there but not helping the customers at pick up. Our favorite tech is Viola. She's always kind and patient with us and gives treats to our dog when we do the drive through

Awful service. I called at 1pm to confirm that my perscription was being worked on and they confirmed it was. I arrived at 6:18 pm and they still hadn't filled my perscription. It's being worked on now.Always issues with the cvs in wethersfield, CTI've been given other people's perscriptions.I've received perscriptions with no labels on the bottles.The list goes on.

The old lady cashier at this pharmacy is very rude to costumers. My son was crying for a toy and she was screaming to me and being mean cause she couldnt listen to my son crying for 2 min

Pharmacy is extremely rude. Woman talked over my questions, had a terrible attitude and then without warning put me on hold and never came back. Don't waste your time here.

Just look at these reviews and ratings. They are sorry saps who can't get their job done. Its been FIVE days without my blood pressure medication because they don't listen to what needs to be done and follow thru. FIVE days! They don't even comprehend the importance of high blood pressure. Where's management? Not there when I call. They are failures. I'm thinking big fat LAW SUIT.

My wife’s Prescription was called in from Hospital at 10am and wasn’t filled at 15:30. The gentleman told me it would be ready in 30 minutes. WRONG Try again not filled. I think CVS pharmacy operation needs a major tune up. I am looking to move all prescription else where.PS I WONT USE THE RESTROOM EITHER IT WAS DISGUSTING!

Completely related to the pharmacy counter itself. They are pretty cold/rude and despite there always being 75 people working there is always a line and long wait
