The lady was super amazing In every way. A life saver seriously. She was also very respectful, informative and willing to help with the biggest smile on her face the whole entire time. It felt relieving to get assistance from such a great genuine and very professional individual. I have never received this type of help ever, anywhere. Her customer service was the top tier I would definitely like to take the time to say THANKKKKK YOUUU SO MUCHHH Ms. I forget her name but I believe she was a supervisor. The best help I needed this year by far. I hope she keeps up the good work. I will continue to use their services. Very clean and the people are polite

This was my first time coming to Extra space in CT, and also my first time winning a unit in an auction. My experience was great! Elizabeth was very respectful, friendly, quick, knowledgeable and made the whole process very smooth. Will definitely come back! 🫶🏽 thanks.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I had to take a moment to recognize Elizabeth, the manager at Extra Space Storage. From day one, she went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth and stress-free. She’s incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about the customers.
Whether it was helping me choose the right unit size, walking me through the contract, or just being available to answer questions with a friendly attitude, Elizabeth made a big difference. The facility is always clean, secure, and well-maintained — and you can tell that’s because of the pride she takes in her work.
If you’re looking for great customer service and a manager who truly looks out for you, ask for Elizabeth. She’s the best!
