Troy at the Newington location is super helpful, kind and diligent. He’s a multitasker, able to make sure we had all the information we needed while graciously taking calls from fellow employees and customers. He kindly took care of a few things in the unit that needed attention before we put our stuff in, made small talk and cares about the details. I wasn’t expecting much when going in to sign a rental contract, but it’s the little things that make the world of difference. Thank you, Troy!

Just rented a unit here, the prices were slashed for a 4 month deal which was way cheaper than other locations which was great. Additionally Gabriella was wonderful and helped fix my online reservation when I messed it up a bit! She advised I take on the insurance and I was a little hesitant but figured it was worth it. Hopefully everything goes smooth on the day I load the unit.

Our car had run out of battery having been parked for the past two months and the staff was very supportive and helpful. They asked someone for a cable and charged out battery with their own car and got a blower to dust off the leaves. They stayed with us till they made sure the car started, a half an hour after their closing time.
